Delivery
HuntProX provides delivery of goods by courier to the address specified in the order, as well as the possibility of delivering orders to different parcels, if no other order of delivery of the goods is specified in the regulatory acts.
Delivery of goods is provided by Omniva or another equivalent postal/courier service company. Shipment delivery times tend to vary. The average delivery time in Latvia is 1-5 days, and in the Baltics 3-7 days.
The costs of delivery of goods are paid by the Buyer according to the chosen delivery method and address.
The product shown in the online store is usually available, but its availability in stock can change rapidly.
In some cases, the product description, photo and packaging in the online store may differ from the actual appearance or description of the product. HuntProX uses product photos prepared by official manufacturers and is not responsible for the 100% accuracy of the photos.
In the event that the product is not available, the Seller, using the Buyer’s e-mail address or phone number specified in the contact information, but no later than within 3 (three) working days, informs the Buyer about the unavailability of the product and offers another delivery term or replacement with an equivalent product.
If the Buyer does not agree with the proposed alternatives, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract and demand the return of funds. HuntProX will ensure the return of paid funds to the Buyer, no later than within 5 (five) working days from the day of cancellation of the purchase.
Cancellation of the purchase contract:
The buyer has the right to return an unused and originally packaged product (refuse to purchase the product) within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the moment of purchase. The buyer returns the product purchased on www.huntprox.com, together with opt-out form.
If the product does not meet the conditions of an unused product, the Seller has the right to refuse the return of the product.
