General terms
These terms are intended to provide information about “HuntProX”, legal address Vilnius, Smolensko g. 10 / Žemaites st. 22, LT-03201, VAT reg. no.: 304707360 (“Seller”), as well as for identifying the use of the online store www.huntprox.com.
These Terms are applied when entering into any agreement between the Seller and the Buyer for the sale of Goods (“Agreement”). Before ordering Products in the online store, please read these Terms carefully and make sure you understand them. Please note that before completing the order, the Buyer is obliged to agree to these Terms and Privacy Policy, but if he refuses to do so, completing the order and ordering the Product is impossible.
The Seller has the right to change these Terms. Whenever the Product is ordered, the version of the Terms valid at that moment is applied to the conclusion of the Agreement between the Seller and the Buyer. Every time when ordering Goods, we recommend reviewing the Terms so that the Buyer has made sure that he fully understands the conditions under which the order will be made in the particular case. These Terms were last updated on July 14, 2023.
These Terms and any Agreements between the Seller and the Buyer are drawn up and concluded only in the national language.
The purchase is considered completed when the Seller has received the order in its system and the Buyer has received the order confirmation at the e-mail address specified in the order. To place an order, it is necessary to provide the following information – name and surname, telephone, e-mail and delivery method, address.
The buyer confirms that he is of legal age and has the right to conclude a Purchase Agreement, as well as the truthfulness of the information provided, which significantly affects the execution of orders.
In cases where it is necessary to ensure the editing of information, change the content of the order or delivery information, the Parties will use e-mails.
The prices of all goods are indicated in euro currency, including VAT.
Terms of payment
The seller in the online store huntprox.com offers the following payment methods:
· With payment cards Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express
· Swedbank, SEB bank, Luminor and Citadele Banklink payments
The order is sent out only after full payment of the order.
Dispute resolution procedure
Disputes and disagreements will be resolved by the Parties through negotiations if possible, but if this is not possible, then in the Riga District Court of the Republic of Latvia in Riga, applying the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia. The mutual rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller are determined by the rules posted on the www.huntprox.com website and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, including Consumer Protection Act.
